1. General Terms
The following set of regulations ("General Promotional Terms") oversees the diverse promotional offers provided by us to you ("Promotions") periodically through this website or in collaboration with it. These terms establish a legally binding agreement between you and us. 2. Other Terms
It is important to review these General Promotional Terms alongside our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. Our Terms and Conditions are integrated into these General Promotional Terms. In the event of any discrepancy between these General Promotional Terms and our Terms and Conditions, the provisions of these General Promotional Terms shall take precedence to the extent of the conflict. The capitalized terms used in these General Promotional Terms carry the same meanings as defined in the Terms and Conditions unless specifically defined within these General Promotional Terms.
3. Bonus Funds
In the context of any Promotion-specific terms, the terms "Bonus" or "Bonus Funds" refer to any funds or their equivalent that we have added to the bonus wallet of your account, known as the "Bonus Balance." It is important to note that Bonus Funds cannot be directly withdrawn or cashed out. Instead, they must be utilized for placing wagers on this website. Depending on the particular Promotion, these Bonus Funds may be converted into real money in your account, referred to as the "Cash Balance," once you have fulfilled specific terms and conditions outlined within the Promotion (such as meeting a wagering requirement). When placing wagers, funds from the Cash Balance are utilized first, except in cases where the player account contains Free/Bonus Spins or Spin Credits dedicated to the game/provider being accessed by the player at that moment. In such instances, the Free Spins/Spin Credits will be utilized before real money. Generic bonus funds are employed only when the cash balance is empty or insufficient.
4. Free Spins / Bonus Spins / Spin Credits
"Free Spins," "Bonus Spins," or "Spin Credits" refer to a type of Bonus that grants you the opportunity to play games without any cost. These Free/Bonus spins/Spin credits can be enjoyed on both desktop and mobile platforms unless stated otherwise. It's important to note that Free/Bonus spins/Spin credits do not come with their wagering requirements. However, any winnings obtained from these Free/Bonus spins/Spin credits will be awarded as a bonus.
5. Wagering requirements
A wagering requirement refers to the number of times you must bet the value of an awarded Bonus before it can be included in your Cash Balance. Until you fulfill the wagering requirements for a Bonus, any winnings derived from that Bonus will remain pending. If you choose to forfeit the Bonus, all associated Bonus Funds (i.e., winnings generated from that Bonus) will also be removed. The standard wagering requirement for bonuses is forty (40) times the amount of the received Bonus. Each Promotion may have specific wagering requirements, which will be clearly stated in the corresponding offer. Wagering requirements do not apply to wagers made using your Cash Balance.

6. Game weighting

7. Non-founded accounts
Unless specifically mentioned in the terms and conditions of a particular promotion, non-funded accounts are permitted to engage in gameplay and have the opportunity to win real money. This can be achieved by meeting the wagering requirements through the use of free spins or bonus funds, which may be granted as part of a sign-up promotion, loyalty reward, or other marketing campaigns. The term "no deposit bonus winnings" refers to the winnings obtained before making the first deposit.
Once the player has made their first deposit, they become eligible to withdraw the winnings derived from the no-deposit bonus. However, the withdrawal is limited to a maximum of €100 worth of accumulated no-deposit bonus winnings. If the winnings from the no-deposit bonus exceed €100, the remaining balance above this amount will be forfeited. It's important to note that the deductions only apply to the no-deposit bonus winnings and do not impact the deposited amount or any additional bonuses received.
8. Expiry
Free/Bonus Spins, Thrill Spins, Win Spins, Trigger Spins, and any other variations of Spins must be utilized within 48 hours of claiming them. Once the Spins have been played, any resulting winnings are granted as Bonus Funds. These Bonus Funds, by default, are subject to a 40x wagering requirement (refer to clause 5 of the General Promotional Terms). They can be used to play any games available. The wagering requirements for Spins winnings must be fulfilled within 30 days from the time the Spins were played. Bonus Spins are set to the maximum number of pay lines and have a minimum bet per line unless stated otherwise.
9. Withdrawals
You have the freedom to withdraw any funds that are eligible for withdrawal at any time, without facing any restrictions. However, please note that any withdrawal you make is subject to the fulfillment of our regulatory obligations. It's important to be aware that if you decide to initiate a withdrawal, any remaining Bonus Balance will be forfeited. 10. Bonus Abuse and Bonus Fraud
To ensure fair gaming practices, we maintain a zero-tolerance policy towards bonus abuse, irregular play, and fraudulent activity. If we detect or have reasonable grounds to suspect, that you have engaged in any of the following activities (but not limited to):
- Bonus stacking
- Two-tier betting
- Covering multiple outcomes while wagering a Bonus to minimize or eliminate the risk
- Exploiting progression slot game mechanics using Bonus Funds
- Implementing a multiple account strategy or proxy account strategy
- Abusing affiliate CPA or revenue share arrangements
We reserve the right to initiate an investigation and restrict your account until the investigation is concluded, including any pending withdrawal requests.
If, following our investigation, we determine or reasonably believe that you have engaged in any form of irregular play, we reserve the right to close your account or disqualify you from participating in any current or future Promotions and/or receiving available bonuses. However, if such a restriction is imposed on your account, it will not impact your eligibility to receive any Bonuses for which you have previously qualified.
11. Deposit restrictions
Residents of Finland and Sweden are not eligible to claim any Bonuses or participate in Promotions if they make a deposit using Neteller or Skrill.
12. Maximum bet restrictions
Users are restricted from wagering more than €6.25 in Bonus Funds per transaction in slots and/or video bingo. Similarly, the limit for wagering in table games using Bonus Funds is set at €25 per transaction.
13. Game restrictions
Unless explicitly specified in the terms of a particular Promotion, Bonuses offered on this website can be used to play any game available. However, we reserve the right to exclude specific games from Bonus play at our discretion. 14. Opt in/out

15. Account restrictions
Each Promotion can only be claimed once per account unless stated otherwise. It is not possible to combine Promotions with any other offers unless explicitly specified.

17. Governing law
The General Promotional Terms outlined here are subject to the Laws of Malta. Both parties involved, namely you and us, agree that any dispute or claim arising from or related to these General Promotional Terms, including non-contractual claims, or their breach, termination, or invalidity, shall be exclusively resolved by the Maltese courts.
